These terms govern your use of mepia.io (the "Site") operated by Mepia UK, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England ("Mepia", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material.

2. Information on the Site

Content on the Site — including case studies, results and figures — is provided for general information. Client results reflect specific accounts and circumstances and are not a guarantee of results for any other business. Where we describe a results guarantee, its precise scope and conditions are set out in the client agreement.

3. Strategy calls and enquiries

A free strategy call is a no-obligation discussion. Nothing in a call constitutes a binding offer unless confirmed in writing. We may decline to work with businesses that are not a good fit for our services.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Mepia UK and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The Site may include links to, or embeds from, third-party services (for example scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law
